  • A true leader
April 7, 2023 by Ajit Singhee from India

Best way to do a thing is to do it and a true leader does it. He takes bull by the horn but prefers operating incognito. He is a team man delegates authority but not before instilling his team with requisite zest. He is focused and single minded, but never averse to change course when better opportunities knock. To him positivity, like peace, is indivisible. Divide it and it multiplies, ever more infectious in the right sense. His universal advice to the young- practice practice and more practice . There is no shortcut to success. No one has all the answers. Let us seek it together as a team , to ‘fake it till you make it’ is no good idea . It is only a skin deep and bound to be found out

I love everything about this podcast. The interviews are succinct and power packed with wisdom of guests really doing the work of leadership. The different perspectives and honesty of each guest is refreshing. AND with each episode I add something to my reading list and a new insight / reflection for my own growth.
