The Ultra Leadership 360 for Individual Contributors provides individuals with a solid assessment of their strength in these four areas along with verbatim comments from raters to help them identify what learning opportunities exist to grow their capacity to push the limits, inspire high engagement and maximize the contributions of others as they work to move projects forward and get things done.
