Kristina Mangelsdorf

After 25+ successful years as a people leader in Fortune 50 and 200 companies, Kristina now helps the next generation of leaders achieve career success and fulfillment. As a certified executive and career coach, she helps executives and rising executives strengthen leadership skills and presence, inspire teams, communicate with impact, and deliver results, all while doing work they love and staying true to themselves.   

Kristina works with executives and rising executives in corporate and non-profit roles to use purpose as a springboard to work success and fulfilment. Her experience as a people leader in Marketing and Social Impact at PepsiCo and Visa enable her to quickly relate to the challenges and opportunities her clients face. Through powerful coaching conversations, scientifically validated assessments, practical frameworks, and safe space, she helps clients strengthen leadership skills and presence, inspire teams, communicate with impact, and deliver results, all while doing work they love and staying true to themselves.    

Kristina received her MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and her AB from Harvard College. Her training and certification as an executive and career coach are from Center for Executive Coaching. 

Kristina enjoys outdoor activities (especially skiing and hiking), community service, historical fiction, and spending time with her husband and kids. She grew up in The Netherlands, Belgium, and Switzerland, and currently lives in Pelham, NY.
